It is your responsibility to inspect all goods on arrival before signing for them and in the case of multiplied items to check all items are present before signing for them.

Your claim bay be rejected if shortages haven't been identified and noted by the delivery driver. All packages which show any sign of damage must be signed for "Damaged" or Rejected. Any signed-for damages must be reported within 24 hours or your claim may be rejected.

If you sign the proof of delivery as "Received in Good condition" or "Unchecked" or similar and the contents are subsequently found to be damaged, your claim may be rejected.
