Right of cancellation and returns policy
As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 2 days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to either return the goods bought online or send a return request within the 2 day period by email or Telephone.

If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and your credit card will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned unused and in original packaging goods, if show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.
In the event of a customer ordering an item from Personalized Pet Care in error and through no fault of Personalized Pet Care we reserve the right to retain the cost of carriage.
If the goods arrive damaged, please contact Personalized Pet Care for a full refund. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery and return costs. Please inform us within the first 2 days of arrival, of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.
It is your responsibility to inspect all goods on arrival before signing for them and in the case of multiplied items to check all items are present before signing for them. Your claim bay be rejected if shortages haven't been identified and noted by the delivery driver.
All packages which show any sign of damage must be signed for "Damaged" or Rejected. Any signed-for damages must be reported within 24 hours or your claim may be rejected.
If you sign the proof of delivery as "Received in Good condition" or "Unchecked" or similar and the contents are subsequently found to be damaged, your claim may be rejected.
Your statutory rights as a Customer are not affected by any of these conditions.
Conclusion of the contract
Before submitting your order, the ordering process ("Preview") offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, payment method and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.
Once you have gone through the ordering process at personalizedpetcare.co.uk by entering the details as prompted, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from Personalized Pet Care by clicking on the button "Place order" in the section.
Reservation of ownership
All goods remain unqualified property of Personalized Pet Care until payment has been received in full.
Payment
Should your credit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Corrections
Descriptions of goods and services included in this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. However, you should know that the colours and appearance of images may vary very slightly from the way they appear on the screen.
